Effective <br />Date: September 23, 2014. <br />Minimum Specification Requirements as follows: <br />Soil Compaction <br />Asphaltic Roadway Surfacing Testing <br />Laboratory Testing <br />Field Observation <br />Engineering Reporting <br />All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards. <br />COMPENSATION. <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the Geotechnical Professional agrees to accept, a fee for services <br />rendered according to the Proposal File No. 16-4147 identified in the attached EXHIBIT A Fee Schedule <br />and Man Hours. <br />A Not -to -Exceed Amount of: $38,610.00 to be paid on a unit price basis for actual work performed in <br />accordance with the schedule of services and fees set forth in Exhibit "A" of THE ANNUAL <br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT, RFQ 2014007 WITH ARDAMAN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
