INDIAN RIVER COLTN7Y EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT §208.14 <br /> agent, chemical, neutralizer or similar <br /> equipment(or equipment damage) or ma- <br /> terials that are employed or acquired, to <br /> extinguish, confine, neutralize or contain <br /> any hazardous/dangerous material or sub- <br /> stance that may be involved in a fire, <br /> accidental spill, or threatens life, prop- <br /> erty, or is an environmental threatening <br /> event. The total of all services and ex- <br /> penses shall be submitted to the person <br /> responsible for the extraordinary expense <br /> or service as a civil penalty together with <br /> a citation pursuant to Part II, Chapter <br /> 162 F.S. <br /> (Ord. Penalties. <br /> Any person who shall violate or fail to comply <br /> with any of the provisions of this part shall be <br /> subject to punishment as provided by law for a <br /> county ordinance. The board of county commis- <br /> sioners may enforce the provisions of this article <br /> by seeking injunctive relief or any other remedies <br /> provided by law. <br /> (Ord.
