The project will be accessed solely through Indian River <br /> County to SR 60. In addition, the project proposes to withdraw an annual average of 9,000,000 <br /> gallons per day (maximum daily peak of 11,000,000 gallons) from the Upper Floridan Aquifer <br /> (UFA)which is the source of potable water for Indian River County's utility system—that currently <br /> serves 110,000 residents.
