("Kimley-Horn" or "Consultant') is pleased to submit <br /> this letter agreement (the "Agreement') to Indian River County ("Client') for providing <br /> professional Survey and Mapping services. Our project understanding, scope of services, <br /> schedule, and fee are below. <br /> Project Understanding <br /> It is our understanding that Indian River County is requesting survey and mapping <br /> services for the preparation of a Topographic Survey for the roadways within Ixora Park <br /> Plats No. 1 through No. 7. The survey will be used as the basemap for the preparation of <br /> water utility improvements. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Kimley-Horn will provide the services specifically set forth below. <br /> Task 1 —Topographic Survev <br /> This scope of services is for the preparation of a Topographic Survey and right of way <br /> delineation for those roadways lying within Ixora Park Plats No. 1 through No. 7 and that <br /> portion of Eastview Gardens lying west of 201'Avenue. The side lot lines of those lots <br /> abutting the internal roadways will also be shown. In general,the project is bounded on <br /> the north by I5'Street SW, on the east by 201h Avenue,on the south by the South Relief <br /> Canal, and on the west by 2711 Avenue. Total project is approximately 2 miles in length <br /> and contains 219 platted subdivision lots. <br /> The above ground improvements within the road right of way will be field located and <br /> plotted. These improvements consist of the roadway,sanitary sewer manholes, drainage <br /> structures and driveways. Elevations will be shown at the intersection of each driveway at <br /> the roadway. Rim and bottom elevations of the sanitary and stone structures will be <br /> obtained. All elevations will be referenced to NAVD 88. <br /> 30 <br />
