The area to be improved and the properties to <br />be specifically benefited are more particularly described upon the assessment plat and <br />the assessment roll with regard to the special assessment. <br />2. All persons interested in the construction of said improvements and the special <br />assessments against the properties to be specifically benefited may review the <br />assessment plat showing the area to be assessed, the assessment roll, the plans and <br />specifications for said improvements, and an estimate of the cost thereof at the office of <br />the Clerk to the Board any week day from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. <br />3. Notice of the time and place of this.public hearing shall be given by two publications in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the County (Indian River Press Journal) a week apart. <br />The last publication shall be at least one week prior to the date of the hearing.
