The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. <br />Kevin Crone, 209 1.3111 Place SW, expressed concerns <br />about vehicle parking, noise, and the frequency of <br />church gatherings. He played a videotape taken on <br />Saturday, November 29, 2014, to illustrate how many <br />people were driving home from the church at 10:30 <br />p.m. <br />Randy Mosby, P.E., Project Engineer, disclosed that <br />Timothy Rose Construction has agreed to provide <br />overflow parking for church members at his site across <br />the street from Full Gospel. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan expressed concerns about the <br />safety of crossing the street and asked whether Full <br />Gospel would pay for a pedestrian crosswalk. <br />Director of Public Works Chris Mora estimated that a <br />pedestrian crosswalk and warning signs would cost less <br />than $500.00. <br />The following speakers also offered arguments in <br />opposition to the fellowship hall: <br />David Troska, 218 13th Place SW <br />Katherine Crowe, 209 13(11 Place SW <br />The following speakers offered arguments in support of <br />the fellowship hall: <br />Veronique Barlatier, Full Gospel Church Member <br />Joseph Paladin, President, Black Swan Consulting and <br />Entitlement Company <br />Jacques Louis, Deacon, Full Gospel Church <br />Fred Mensing, PO Box 964, Roseland <br />Spencer Simmons, 118 43"1 Avenue <br />Patricia Hunt <br />There were no additional speakers, and the Chairman <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />Board Members asked staff for further information. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Solari, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, to approve <br />SmeadSoft Reprint Date: Tuesday, May 10, 2016 - 13:38:59 - BCC:2076, Attachment Id 1, Page 8 <br />
