Kathleen Taylor, 2180 Waltons Court, said she and 88% of her <br />neighbors were in favor of the project, and reported that the <br />neighbors who would be affected had been notified in writing. <br />There being no other speakers, the Chairman closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously: (1) authorized <br />staff to proceed with the second public hearing; and (2) <br />approved Resolution 2015-010, electing to use the uniform <br />method for the levy, collection, and enforcement of non ad <br />valorem assessments pursuant to Florida Statute 197.3632 to <br />recover the costs of street lighting and maintenance in the <br />Oceanside Replat Subdivision area. <br />10:09 3.
