Mr. Fry stressed that he would <br />prefer to go with the full scope audit and cover each one of the <br />individual funds, which he felt would be more beneficial to the <br />county because it insures that everything is being recorded <br />properly and that we are complying with the requirements of each <br />one of the individual funds. <br />Chairman Scurlock inquired if Administrator Balczun <br />concurred -with Mr. Fry in regard to the full scope audit, and he <br />confirmed that he did. <br />The Chairman advised that his feeling would be to go with <br />Option A and authorize staff to negotiate with Arthur Young and <br />impress on them the need to lower their fee. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if it would make any sense that the <br />fee for the additional work could be -less since they are already <br />here and set up.
