4 <br />S E P 2 3 1986 1 <br />8001( E <br />Commissioner Bowman stated that she would go with the <br />Chairman's selections of Mr. Richey and Mr. Brenner, and <br />Commissioner Bird agreed he would also. <br />Commissioner Bowman commented that she also believed Robert <br />Reider would be a good member but felt he had a conflict with the <br />Grand Jury's investigation of the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />of the City of Vero Beach.
