Release of one unit (KLEIN) (Agree jtmo croAfJB) <br />State Road 60 Sewers <br />RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $1,425.58 <br />received from LYNNLEE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, in hand this <br />day, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA (the County), hereby releases the property <br />hereinafter described from a certain special assessment lien <br />recorded by the County in its official records (Book 0700, <br />Page 298) for a special assessment in the amount of $1,250, <br />plus accrued interest at the rate of ten percent, levied In <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 83-46 of the <br />County, as amended, and Resolution No. 84=107 of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of the County; and hereby declares <br />such special assessment lien fully satisfied. The property, <br />located in Indian River County, is more fully described as <br />follows: <br />Apartment #103 of PINE CREEK CONDOMINIUM IV, <br />according to the Declaration of Condominium, <br />recorded in O. R.
