WHEREAS, the special assessment provided hereunder <br />shall be an equal proportion of 100% of the total cost of <br />the project for each given record owner of property within <br />the specific area benefited, and on which a residence is <br />located or could be located; and <br />WHEREAS, the special assessment provided hereunder <br />shall become due and payable at the office of the Tax <br />Collector of Indian River County. ninety (90) days after the <br />final determination of the special assessment pursuant to <br />Ordinance 81-27 and <br />WHEREAS, all special assessments not paid within said <br />ninety (90) day period shall thereupon become payable in <br />equal installments in each of the succeeding five years with <br />interest established at 12% from the expiration of said <br />ninety (90) days, payable annually; but any assessment <br />becoming so payable in installments may be paid at any time <br />together with interest accrued thereon to date of payment; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and the <br />anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following <br />described properties shall receive direct and special <br />benefit from these improvements, to wit: <br />TRACTS A & B AND LOTS 1-37 OF RIVER SHORES ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1; <br />TRACT A AND LOTS 1-34 OF RIVER SHORES ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2; <br />LOTS 1-34 OF RIVER SHORES ESTATES SUBDIVISION, <br />UNIT 3; <br />LOTS 1-15 OF RIVER SHORES ESTATES SUBDIVISION, <br />UNIT 4; <br />1.93 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY, PARCEL NUMBER 29 33 40 <br />00000 0010 0i.1; <br />27.32 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY, PARCEL NUMBER 29 33 40 <br />00000 0010 00001.0; <br />17.9 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY, PARCEL NUMBER 30 33 40 <br />00000 1000 00004.0; AND <br />6.58 ACRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY, PARCEL NUMBER 30 33 <br />40 00000 3000 0033.0. <br />-2- <br />SEP 3 0 1986 BOOK 65 FvuE. 91® <br />
