ABERNETHY <br />FRANCHISE COORDINATOR <br />DIVISION OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING TO ESTABLISH <br />FRANCHISE RATE STRUCTURE <br />BACKGROUND <br />DATE: August 26, 1986 <br />Humana Hospital was granted a -water system franchise in <br />May of this year. At this time, the franchise is in full compliance <br />with the exception of this final phase to establish their rate <br />structure. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Utility staff has reviewed the rate structure for the <br />water franchise. Staff has, internally approved the proposed rates <br />and asks the Board of County Commissioners to set a public hearing <br />date so that these rates may be discussed and approved accordingly. <br />U1 <br />771 <br />
