JOINT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE <br />PLANNING 6 ZONING COMMISSION <br />Monday, October 20, 1986 <br />The Board of County Commissioners and the Planning 8 Zoning <br />Commission of Indian River County met in Special Joint Session at <br />the County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, on Monday, October 20, 1986, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. <br />Present from the Board of County Commissioners were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Patrick B. Lyons, Vice Chairman; Margaret <br />C. Bowman; Richard N. Bird; and William C. Wodtke, Jr. <br />Present from the Planning 8 Zoning Commission were John Tippin, <br />Chairman; Ruth Stanbridge, Vice Chairman; Claude C. Kleckner; <br />Daniel Richey; and John Brenner. Absent were Ben F. Bailey, III <br />and Daniel G. Downey, Jr. Also present were Bruce Barkett, <br />Assistant County Attorney; Robert Keating, Director of Planning t <br />Development; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - GRAND HARBOR ESTUARINE PLAN, Continued from the <br />Meeting of October 14, 1986 <br />Commissioner Lyons explained that this meeting was postponed <br />from October 14, 1986, because the Planning 8 Zoning Commission <br />did not have all the information at their meeting of September <br />25, 1986, nor did the Board have the time to give the matter the <br />full consideration it deserves. <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated September 16, <br />1986: <br />(insert) <br />BOOK <br />OCT 2 0 1986 F���,� �� <br />
