COMMISSIONERS BOWMAN AND WODTKE AGREED TO WITHDRAW <br />THEIR MOTION ON THE FLOOR. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commmissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Scurlock having declared a conflict) <br />approved a land use amendment to include all of the <br />property west of the Lateral G Canal, east of Kings <br />Highway, south of North Winter Beach Road, and north <br />of South Winter Beach Road in the LD -1 designation; <br />and in addition, include a strip of land approximately <br />600 feet deep running north along the Lateral G Canal <br />north of North Winter Beach Road and extending east and <br />following the property line of the Sousa 5 acres and <br />then going south a little ways and then east and then <br />south to North Winter Beach -Road and then going west <br />along North Winter Beach Road to the Lateral G Canal; <br />and authorized staff to submit this proposed land use <br />amendment to the State for their review. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Ordinance 86-69, rezoning the same property <br />delineated as LD -1 in the above land use amendment <br />from RS -6 to RS -3. <br />53 <br />BOOK 66 P', E164 <br />
