Davis, P.E., <br />Uh ,]-%14 r TAZ�rI- r14 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />SUBJECT: Establishment of Ixora Park <br />and Eastview Gardens <br />Subdivision Street Light <br />District <br />REFERENCES: <br />The County has received a petition from 109 property oamers in the ixora <br />Park and Eastview. Gardens Subdivisions requesting an N�STU be established <br />for Street Lighting. There are approximately 220 lots in Ixora Park and 56 <br />lots in Eastview Gardens. The petition was circulated anticipating costs <br />of $17 to $22 per lot per year. <br />ALTERT T= AND ANALYSIS <br />After receiving the petition, staff worked with FPL to develop the <br />follaring project budget and yearly cost estimate: <br />45 - 9500 Lumen Lights with Pole @ $9.61 each = $ 5,189 <br />3 - 9500 Lumen Lights on existing poles @ $7.61 each = $ 274 <br />G & A charges $ 300 <br />loo contingency $ 546 <br />33% First year charge $ 1,821 <br />Fees for Tax Collector, etc. $ 200 <br />$ 8,330 <br />This cost equates to $30.18 per year per lot for the first year and $23.58 <br />per year per lot thereafter. <br />RECONEMATION <br />It is recommended that the Board authorize the scheduling of a Public <br />Hearing to establish an MSTU for Street Lighting in the Ixora Park and <br />Eastview Gardens Subdivisions. <br />69 800Ic 66 � Icy - I's0 <br />
