ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 70 SECTION 5 Establish Section 8(a)(6) of Appendix B, Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances as follows: 6) No certificates of occupancy for residential occupancy for any structure within a subdivision shall be issued until all required improvements of the subdivision or appropriate phase have been accepted by the County or, where required improvements are dedicated to a private association, until all required improvements have been completed and approved by the County.
