ORDINANCE NO. 86 - 70 <br />SECTION 8 <br />Amend Section 10(g)(3)e of Appendix B, Indian River <br />County Code of Laws and Ordinances as follows: <br />The chord distance of lots that abut a cul-de-sac or <br />curves where lot lines are radial from the road right-of-way <br />shall be no less than thirty (30) feet. Said minimum chord <br />distance shall be deemed to satisfy lot frontage requirements <br />Where the lot frontage is less than the minimum lot width <br />required by the zoning code (for parcels fronting upon a <br />cul-de-sac or curve), the buildinq setback distance is the <br />minimum required by the zoning code, or the distance to the <br />point where the lot width equals the minimum width required by <br />the zoning code, whichever is greater. Lot widths shall be <br />measured at a right angle to the chord line. Required front <br />yard setbacks that exceed the minimum required by the zoning <br />code shall be shown on preliminary and final plats <br />SECTION 9 <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING SECTIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida which conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br />are hereby repealed to the extent of such 'conflict. All <br />Special Acts of the legislature applying_ only to the unincor- <br />porated portion of Indian River County and which conflict with <br />the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of such conflict. <br />CODING: Words in 4U7A0X-At to type are deletions from existing <br />law.
