We received notification of this action on September <br />12, 1986. A response was made to Mr. Roland DeBlois on Sep- <br />tember 12, 1986 by Mr. -David Eller. We have requested a hearing <br />on two different occasions, but due to the workload of the <br />commission, we were unable to schedule during the last six <br />weeks. <br />We have just received notice that we are on the agenda <br />for October 28, 1986. I informed Mr. DeBlois that there was <br />no possible way that Mr. Eller or I could attend this hearing. <br />I will be in Costa Rica for the next three weeks and Mr. Eller <br />has informed me that due to serious business conflicts he will <br />also be unable to attend this hearing. <br />Therefore, we respectfully request a hearing in the latter <br />part of November so that both of us can ,coordinate our schedules <br />to attend.
