RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN <br />AND CERTTF I UTE_6F_R€9ERCIA`I TON <br />For and in consideration of the sum of $1,425.58 <br />received from GWYNDOLIN LOWENSTEIN, in hand this day, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA (the County), hereby releases the property <br />hereinafter described from a certain special assessment lien <br />recorded by the County in its official records (Book 0700, <br />Page 298) for a special assessment in the amount of $1,250, <br />plus accrued interest at the rate of ten percent, levied in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 83-46 of the <br />County, as amended, and Resolution No. 84-107 of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of the County and noted on the <br />Public Records of Indian River County as a Certificate of <br />Reservation recorded in 0. R. Book 721, Pages 887-890. The <br />County hereby declares the special assessment lien fully <br />satisfied.
