Frizzell, our Architect on the subject project, informed us <br />some time back that there was going to be some work required to i. <br />provide an inter -connect between Phase I and Phase II for the control <br />equipment. Mr. Ben DiPalma, the Architect's Project Administrator, <br />has negotiated directly with the electrical contractor to perform <br />this work without going through the general contractor on the <br />project. His recommendation is attached for a total cost of <br />$55,347.00. <br />The second part of Mr. DiPalma's recommendation has to do with <br />providing electrical service for Phase II. If this service was to be <br />connected through the panel of Phase I, the cost would run <br />40 <br />
