BOOK 66 PAGE 360 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously accepted the' <br />above Proclamation, expressed their thanks to the <br />- Veterans, and directed that the Proclamation be <br />displayed in a prominent place in the Administration <br />Building. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any additions or correc- <br />tions to the Minutes of the Special Meeting of October 20, 1986. <br />There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Special Meeting of October 20, <br />1986, as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Scurlock requested that the Item E be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A.
