M. Satisfaction of Payment for Utility Impact Fees <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the satisfaction of payment for.utility impact fees <br />to Ivey Williams Jr. for the north 30 feet of Lot 6 <br />of Espy's Subdivision. <br />SATISFACTION OF PAYMENT <br />FOR UTILITY IMPACT FEES <br />For good and valuable consideration received from IVEY <br />WILLIAMS, JR., in hand this day, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA (the County), <br />hereby releases the property hereinafter described from a <br />certain Tien recorded by the County in its official records <br />(Book 725 Page 239) in regard to an agreement for the <br />extended. payment of County impact fees, made in accordance <br />with the provisions of Ordinance No. 85-9, which amended the <br />County Utility Ordinance No. 84-18. The. County hereby <br />declares the extended impact fee payment fully satisfied. <br />The property, located In Indian River County, is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />The North 30 feet of Lot 6 of ESPY'S SUBDIVISION, <br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat <br />Book 20, Page 36, of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County4 Florida. <br />Executed by the Chairman and attested by the Clerk of <br />the Board of County Commissioners on this 25th day of <br />November , 1986. <br />Attest: <br />Freda g t <br />Approved "as to form <br />and legal sufficiency: <br />1 <br />Charles P.
