"Tommy" Thomas <br />Intergovernmental Coordinator <br />SUBJECT: Gifford Park Baseball/Softball <br />Field Lighting Bid <br />FROM: Carolyn- Goodrich REFERENCES: <br />Manager, Purchasing Department <br />Description and Conditions <br />Bids were received Tuesday, October 28; 1986 at 2 P.M. for Gifford Park <br />Baseball/Softball Field Lighting. <br />One Bid was received. <br />Alternatives and Analysis <br />This is a re -bid in an attempt to get additional and lower bids. <br />There was only 1 bid, C. R. Dunn, Inc.,*West Palm Beach, Fl., in the <br />amount of $48,192.00 plus the cost of the bond, $722.88, for a total <br />of $489914.88, which was the low bid the first time it was bid. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the Board award the Gifford Park'Baseball/Softball <br />Field Lighting Bid to the only bidder, C. R.
