ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, that the Board adopt the <br />proposed ordinance requiring that -churches and <br />buildings in residential developments that serve as <br />common recreational facilities be designated as polling <br />places. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Eggert felt that rather than <br />forcing people to provide voting facilities, it would be more - <br />appropriate to discuss the possibility of a polling place with <br />the developer at site plan approval. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
