REMSEMO <br />Code <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of December 23, 1986. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Gary and Tracy Faulkner, <br />owners��of the subject property, for the release of the twenty. <br />(20) foot utility easement, being the easterly twenty (20) feet <br />of Lot 37, A.A. Berry Subdivision, Section 22, Township 30, <br />Range 38 East, Indian River County, Florida; said property <br />being a part of the Fleming Grant and:being a subdivision of <br />certain land laid out by A.A. Berry and described in Deed Book <br />12, page 464, St. Lucie County Records; _said land lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. It is the Faulkners' <br />intention to construct, a single-family residence on the pro- <br />perty. <br />The current zoning classification is RS -3, Single -Family <br />Residential District. The Land Use Designation is LD -1, Low <br />Density Residential, up to three units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power <br />and Light, Jones Intercable, and the Indian River County <br />Utility and Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their <br />reviews, there were no objections to the release of the <br />easement. The Zoning staff analysis showed that the drainage <br />could be handled on-site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the Easterly twenty (20) foot <br />utility easement of Lot 37, A.A. Berry Subdivision, being the <br />East twenty (20) feet of Lot 37, Section 22, Township 30, Range <br />38 East, Indian River County, Florida; said property being a <br />part of the Fleming Grant and being a subdivision of certain <br />land Laid out by A.A.
