FROM COLLECTING <br />ANY -GARBAGE OR TRASH BEFORE <br />8:00_A.M. <br />Anyone who may wish to appeal arty decision <br />which may be made at this meeting will need to <br />ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings <br />Is made,which Includes testlmony`and evidence <br />upon which tha appeal Is based <br />Dec. 6,1986 <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Carroll Watson, 616 6th Place, explained that he lives next <br />to Steve Barnett's Auto Sales and objects to the collection of <br />trash in the early morning hours.
