1 <br />0 <br />z <br />D <br />0 <br />0 <br />® 12/86(Reso)LVk) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-113 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION 86-30, WHICH AMENDED RESOLUTION 82-50, <br />WHICH NEW AMENDMENT WILL PROHIBIT HARRIS <br />SANLTATION CO. FROM COLLECTING ANY GARBAGE OR <br />TRASH BEFORE 6:00 A.M. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 86-30 Indian River County <br />prohibited the collection by Harris Sanitation Co. of <br />residential garbage or trash before 6:00 A.M. or after 9:30 <br />P.M. and <br />WHEREAS, the .continuing noise caused by pickup of <br />commercial garbage has continued to annoy neighbors in <br />residential areas; and <br />WHEREAS, it is difficult to enforce rules prohibiting <br />residential pickup when commercial pickup is allowed in the <br />early morn.ing hours; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />effective 30 days from December 23, 1986, it shall be a <br />regulation of the franchise with Harris Sanitation Co. that <br />no residential, commercial, or other garbage or trash pickup <br />will be permitted daily before 6:00 A.M. or after 9:30 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner _ wheeler and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Margaret C.
