the requirements in its ordinances of any other notice <br />responsibilities of the School Board. <br />4. Phase II -Construction. The Committee will review site <br />plans for the purpose of minimizing adverse impacts on <br />transportation systems, utilities, and storm water managements <br />systems. Prior to commencement of construction of any such <br />facility, the School Board will submit a site plan to The <br />Committee. If The Committee determines that more documents or <br />information are needed, it will specify in writing to the School <br />Board the information required. The Committee will review all <br />documents and information for consistency with the principles <br />described in this Memorandum of Understanding. The Committee <br />will attempt to coordinate the desires and needs of the School <br />Board with concerns of the County to complete a site plan which <br />is acceptable to both. <br />5. The County, through its Planning Department, will <br />notify the School Board of all meetings of the Technical Review <br />Committee, which reviews site plans and all meetings of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, which reviews subdivisions, <br />planned residential developments, major site plans, and all other <br />major developments in the County. The County Commission shall <br />keep the School Board advised of current development throughout <br />the county which may affect future school site selection or have <br />an impact on the school system. <br />6. Any disputed issues which cannot be resolved by The <br />Committee shall be submitted to the School Board and the Board of <br />County Commissioners. The Committee shall review unresolved <br />issues after input from the School Board and the County <br />Commission on at least one occasion. If the issues cannot be <br />resolved by the School Board or the County Commission, <br />both groups shall commit to a joint session to review the <br />disputed issue.
