0�� <br />BOOK 66 FAGE 813 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DESIGNATING COMMISSIONER GARY <br />C. WHEELER AS INDIAN RIVER COUNTY'S <br />REPRESENTATIVE ON THE NINETEENTH <br />JUDICIAL CIRCUIT CONFLICT COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 86-167, Laws of Florida, <br />establishes within each Judicial Circuit a Circuit Conflict <br />Committee for the purpose of approving attorneys to be <br />appointed in conflict cases where the Public Defender <br />withdraws due to a conflict of interest; and <br />WHEREAS, the establishment of such committee is <br />required if the Counties comprising the Nineteenth Judicial <br />Circuit are to receive money appropriated by the Legislature <br />for payment of attorneys in conflict cases; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby appoints <br />Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler to serve as Indian River <br />County's representati.ve on the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit <br />Conflict Committee. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Eggert - and seconded by Commissioner <br />Birdand, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C.
