ORDINANCE NO. 87-2 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SECTION 26 (b) PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, OF <br />APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE, REDUCING THE <br />NUMBER OF MEMBERS CONSTITUTING A QUORUM FROM FIVE TO <br />FOUR MEMBERS; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County that: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 26 (b) (1) g is hereby amended as follows: <br />Meetings shall be at the call of the chairman or <br />vice-chairman or at such times as a majority of the members <br />may determine. The chairman, vice-chairman or any acting <br />chairman may administer oaths and compel the attendance of <br />witnesses. All meeting shall be open to the public. r4#0_ <br />X%y Four (4) voting members shall constitute a quorum, and <br />a majority vote of those present shall determine any issue <br />before the Planning and Zoning Commission. In no event shall <br />any issue be decided by less than f4#0.
