Tuesday, January 13, 1987 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />January 13,1987, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; <br />Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also <br />present were Charles P. Balczun, County Administrator; Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; L. S. <br />"Tommy" Thomas, Intergovernmental Relations Director; Joseph. <br />Baird, OMB Director; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Administrator <br />Balczun led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Scurlock requested the addition to the Consent <br />Agenda of an agreement with the Correctional Institution for use <br />of their prisoners to work on the golf course at Sandridge Golf <br />Club. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously added <br />the above matter as Item Q under today's Consent <br />Agenda. <br />Attorney Vitunac requested the addition to today's Agenda of <br />an update on the Felismere Road paving program and a report on <br />the Legislative Delegation Meeting. <br />JAN 13 1987 Boos r .. <br />
