Chamberlain <br />C/O 1835 20th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />- Waterway & Location: The project is located along the <br />western bank of the Indian River, Section 25, Township 30 <br />South, Range 38 East, Indian River County, Florida. The <br />upland property associated -with the project is 13925 <br />Indian River Drive, located in the unincorporated portion <br />of the County. <br />Work & Purpose: The applicant proposes to construct a <br />private residential 3' X 150' single pier with an 82 <br />square foot gazebo at its terminus. The project extends <br />waterward 150' to where water depth equals approximately <br />minus two (-2) feet. No sewage pump -out or fueling <br />facilities are proposed. No dredging or filling will be <br />performed. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The Planning and Development Division reviews and submits <br />comments on dredge and fill applications to the permitting <br />agencies based upon the following: <br />The Conservation & Coastal Zoning Management Element of <br />the Indian River Comprehensive Plan <br />- Coastal Zone Management, Interim Goals, Objectives & <br />Policies for the Treasure Coast Region <br />The Hutchinson Island Planning & Management Plan <br />The Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances <br />Chapter 16Q-20, Florida Administrative Code <br />10 <br />
