TO: The Board of -County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 7, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 86-60 Which <br />Originally Established the Public Library Advisory <br />Board <br />C. <br />FROM: Bruce Barkett4 <br />Assistant County Attorney <br />Since the Public Library Advisory Board has now been <br />established by Resolution 86-104, it is necessary to repeal <br />Ordinance 86-60 which originally.created that Board. <br />For your review and consideration I have prepared the <br />attached ordinance which will repeal Ordinance 86-60. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 87-9 repealing Ordinance 86-60 which <br />originally established the Public Library Advisory <br />Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously amended <br />Resolution 86-104, changing the termination date of <br />office from November 1st to January 1st. <br />91 <br />Boo. <br />JAN 13 1940-7 <br />
