Finney, SRA REFERENCES: <br />Right of Way Agent <br />331--q <br />P <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners previously <br />purchase of the (8.5x282') 2,397 square foot right of <br />the Armfield appraised value of $2.792 square foot <br />(Includes grass and asphalt cost of improvements) <br />approved the - <br />way parcel at <br />or $6,692.00. <br />The property owners indicated a value of $5.00 square foot or <br />$11,985.00 which he agreed to settle for, but the Board rejected this <br />amount. - <br />The property owner has now counter -offered $3.89 per square foot <br />or a settlement of $9,324.00 as FULL Compensation and with a waiver of <br />all attorney's fees in lieu of condemnation. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests authorization to purchase the above parcel #135 at <br />the counter-offer of $9,324.00 in lieu of condemnation.
