UPDATE ON CAD SYSTEM <br />A brief discussion was held regarding the status of the CAD <br />system approved by the Board in September, 1986. Chairman <br />Scurlock advised that the consortium is now asking for an <br />additional $75,000 over and above the $32,000 the County paid to <br />enter the consortium. He stated that we intend to look into <br />this matter thoroughly and pursue our legal rights, but it may <br />be necessary to come back on an emergency basis for travel <br />authorization to go to St. Louis County, Missouri, and <br />straighten this out.
