JAN 2 7 `987 <br />BOOK 67'1 -7 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving X-cxxgK*$ R*g5t <br />improvements to 9th Drive from 2nd Street to South Relief Canal, <br />hereto designated as Public Works Project No. 8521, is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable <br />requirements of Section 11-34, Indian River County Code of Laws and <br />Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner - <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Eggert and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C.
