REFERENCES: empty pockets <br />Staff Planner STAN2 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of February 3, 1987. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Empty Pockets is a private three lot subdivision of a ±3.37 acre <br />parcel located on the north side of 65th Street, east of 66th <br />Avenue. At their regular meeting of September 11, 1986) the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval <br />for Empty Pockets. The owner/applicant, Mr. J.P. Wilson, has <br />submitted a final plat that is in conformance with the approved <br />preliminary plat and is now requesting final plat approval. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements, to be owned and maintained by a private <br />property owners' association, have been constructed and approved <br />by Public Works. All county requirements regarding final plat <br />approval have been satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for Empty Pockets Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, the Board unanimously granted <br />Final Plat Approval for Empty Pockets Subdivision. <br />F.
