�EB 0`9'° 1/K/(Ktbt))LkUNL(VK)Jh BOOK RESOLUTION NO. 87-18 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL CONTAINING PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS AND PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENTS AGAINST EACH LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND BENEFITING FROM THE FOLLOWING IMPROVEMENTS: ANGLERS COVE . SEWER ASSESSMENT, SEMINOLE SHORES AND ST. CHRISTOPHER HARBOR SEWER ASSESSMENT, SEMINOLE SHORES WATER ASSESSMENT, AND ST. CHRISTOPHER HARBOR WATER ASSESSMENT; CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 10, 1987; AND NOTIFYING ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THAT THE ASSESSMENT ROLL MAY BE MADE FINAL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-3 Indian River County declared that it is in the public interest to make certain improvements as detailed in the title to that and this resolution; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-3 was advertised in the newspaper 15 days before it was adopted; and WHEREAS, the County has now prepared a preliminary assessment roll containing property descriptions and preliminary assessments of costs against each lot or parcel of land benefiting from such improvements, which preliminary roll is attached as Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, a notice has been. published in the Press Journal Newspaper at least 15 days before this hearing that the preliminary assessment roll has been completed, is on file in the office of the County Administrator, and is open for public inspection; and WHEREAS, notice by certified mail was sent at least 15 days before today's hearing to each person whose name and address is known or may be reasonably ascertained who is the owner of any lot or parcel of land assessed concerning today's hearing; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held pursuant to §11-33 of the Code of Ordinances of Indian River County; 1
