I <br />BOOK 6 PAGF. 43 <br />PLAT VACATION FOR PORTION OF DIXIE GARDENS, UNIT THREE <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the Deputy <br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication <br />attached, to -wit: <br />VERO BEACH PRESS -JOURNAL <br />Published Weekly <br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER: <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Before the undersigned authority personally appeared J. J. Schumann, Jr. who on oath <br />says that he is Business Manager of the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a weekly newspaper published <br />at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached copy of advertisement, being <br />in the matter of DL &a_e- <br />in the Court, was pub- <br />lished in said newspaper in the issues of .L�t' � :Z <br />Affiant further says that the said Vero Beach Press -Journal is a newspaper published at <br />Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, and that the said newspaper has heretofore <br />been continuously published in said Indian River County, Florida, weekly and has been entered <br />as second class mail matter at the post office in Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, Florida <br />for a period of one year next preceeding the first publication of the attached copy of adver- <br />tisement; and affiant further says that he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm or <br />corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this adver- <br />tisement for publication in the said newspaper. <br />Sworn to and subscribed beforg met this � day of .D,(F7„L_ <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC NEARING <br />Notice of hearing to consider vacating a por- <br />tion of the plat known as Dixie Gardens, Unit 3, <br />Section 3 filed in Plat Book 8, Page 71 of the <br />public records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The subject property is described as: <br />All of that subdivision shown on a plat <br />entitled "Dixie Gardens, Unit 3, Section <br />3” filed in Plat Book 8, Page 71 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, <br />EXCEPT the north .35 feet of said sub- <br />division, which appears as a drainage <br />right-of-way: ALSO EXCEPT the East 35 <br />feet of said subdivision, which appears <br />as the west portion of 8th Avenue S.W. <br />The Board of County Commissioners will con- <br />duct a public hearing regarding the plat vacation <br />request. The public hearing, at which parties In <br />Interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to <br />ppae heard, will be held by said Board of County <br />Commissionera in the County Commission <br />Chambers of the County Administration Building, <br />located at 1840 25th St., Vero Beach.
