DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS The Planning Department is initiating a request to establish boundaries for the four -hundred fifty (450) acre Commercial/Industrial Node located at Oslo Road (9th Street S.W.) and 74th Avenue. On September 12, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an amendment to the text of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan which provided for establishing boundaries for each of the nodes as generally described in the text of the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
