HATALA <br />2/25/87 UTIL AJV:h <br />(AHATAGR . j .- <br />BOOK P 5." <br />Granting reimbursements for oversizing certain <br />off-site utilities required by the County. <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this p?�, day of lZe7_ ' , 1987, <br />by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />(County), and Leonard G. Hatala, 5865 34th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32960, (Developer), <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Developer, in conjunction with the construction of <br />Tamara Gardens, is extending off-site water facilities to serve the <br />subject project; and <br />WHEREAS, the County has required the Developer to oversize the <br />off-site utility improvements to serve the regional area and has <br />agreed to reimburse the Developer for the cost of oversizing these <br />offsite utilities; <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the County and the Developer <br />agree as follows: <br />1. The Developer shall construct all necessary off-site <br />utilities, including oversizing necessary to serve the <br />,subject project and surrounding area. The County agrees <br />to reimburse the Developer for the oversizing of off-site <br />utilities as outlined below: <br />-1- <br />
