Steven Pate, General Manager <br />Sea Oaks Development Co. <br />8765 North AlA- <br />Vero Beach, FL 32963 <br />Waterway & Location: The project is located in the Indian <br />River, adjacent Sea Oaks Subdivision on Jungle Trail, <br />Section 26, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida. The proposed project location is within <br />the unincorporated portion of the County. <br />Work & Purpose: The applicant proposes to construct a <br />docking facility for 48 private recreation boats for use <br />by residents at the Sea Oaks multi -family residential <br />development. The facility is proposed to be a total of <br />6,262 square feet in size, consisting of a 6 foot wide <br />walkway paralleling the shoreline for a length of approxi- <br />mately 296 feet, connecting three main access piers which <br />extend waterward approximately 120 feet. The proposed <br />project location would be approximately 160 feet away from <br />the intracoastal waterway channel (as marked by channel <br />markers).
