The land use designation is LD -2, Low <br />Density Residential District. <br />ALTERNATIVES & ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell, Florida Power & <br />Light, Jones Intercable, and Indian River County Utility and <br />Right -of -Way Departments. Based upon their review, there were <br />no objections to the release of the easements. The Zoning <br />Staff analysis, which included a, site visit, showed that <br />drainage would be adequately handled on-site. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board through adoption of a resolution, <br />the release of the common side lot 5' easement of lots 17 and <br />18, Block 2, Roseland Gardens Subdivisions and the common side <br />lot 5' easement of lots 18 and 19, Block 2, Roseland Gardens <br />Subdivision, being the southeasterly 5' of lots 18 and 19, <br />Block 2, Roseland Gardens Subdivision and the northwesterly 5' <br />of lot 17, and 18, Block 2, Roseland Gardens Subdivision as <br />recorded in plat book 8, page 25 of the public records of <br />Indian River County Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 87-26, abandoning certain easements in <br />Roseland Gardens Subdivision, as requested by David R. <br />Langfitt, Jr. <br />1 <br />l� <br />20 <br />
