This will increase the total <br />state contribution from $948,467.00 to $966,873.00, and is awarded <br />for staffing needs and administrative costs necessary to provide ser- <br />vices to the current WIC caseload. <br />These funds will be made available for expenditure by the CPHU upon <br />receipt by the State Health Office of the following information from <br />the CPHU: <br />1. A modified CPHU contract expenditure plan (Attachment II, <br />Section IV) and complete worksheet incorporating the new <br />funding and revising the FTE's units and services; <br />2. A budget amendment to obtain state authority to spend the <br />new funds, if necessary. <br />Please notify the District IX Administrator of your concurrence by <br />affixing your signature, or the sigmature of your authorized designee, <br />to this letter and returning it within 15 days.
