Tuesday, April 14, 1987 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of *Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers, 1840.25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />April 14; 1987, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were DonIC. <br />Scurlock, Jr., Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; <br />Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also <br />present were Charles P. Balczun, County Administrator;I,Charles P. <br />Vitunac, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners and <br />Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Bowman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Bird requested the addition of a report on <br />Parks & Recreation on today's Agenda, and -Chairman Scurlock noted <br />that he has two financial recommendations in reference to <br />recreation that can be presented at the same time. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously added <br />the above item to today's Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Wheeler requested that items E and R be removed <br />for discussion., and Chairman Scurlock requested that Item K re <br />removed also. <br />o t14 <br />BOOK VME UI ; <br />L_ APR 14.197 iJ <br />
