Terry <br />Civil Engineer REFERENCES. <br />$2,392 <br />21 Ave. from 1st St. SW to <br />2nd St. and 2nd St. from <br />21st Ave. to 20th Ave. <br />9th Drive between 2nd St. <br />& South Relief Canal <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The paving of 21st Avenue and 9th Drive is complete. The final <br />cost and preliminary estimate for the work was: <br />Final Cost/FF Prelim. Const/FF Final Cost Prelim. Est <br />21st Avenue $7.6226 $9.7197 $30,194.17 $38,501.38 <br />9th Drive $6.9908 $8.0909 $12,670.67 $14,664.57 <br />All construction cost are under the original estimate. 'The Final <br />Assessment Rolls have been prepared and are ready to be delivered to <br />the Clerk to the Board. Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or <br />in two equal installments, the first to be made twelve months from the <br />due date and the second to be made twenty-four months from the due date <br />at an interest rate of 12% established by the Board of County <br />Commissioners.
