Finney, SRA REFERENCES: <br />Right-of-Way Acquisition Agent <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County requires a 10 feet x 900.5' additional road right-of-way <br />along the north side of North Gifford Road. The property owner, Bryant <br />Carter, has stated he will sell the right-of-way property for $10,000. <br />The appraised value of the additional right-of-way parcel- is <br />$4,953.00 (which equates to $.55 per square footj. <br />The county previously purchased right-of-way for !143rd Avenue from <br />Mr. Carter at $.52 per square foot in 1986. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff requests authorization to condemn the parcel so as not to <br />delay the road construction and relocation of FP & L utility poles. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to proceed with condemnation of the above parcel. <br />L.
