He further advised <br />that he will be taking his maps to Tallahassee tomorrow and then <br />will come back and talk to each County Planning Department. <br />Patricia Brown, representative of Pelican Island Audubon <br />Society, wished to express their support of the ideas and <br />concepts presented by Mr. Fernald. She informed the Board that <br />the Audubon Society is in the starting stages steps of a <br />wilderness island program similar to the one described in Palm <br />Beach County and hoped the Board will be receptive to Mr. <br />Fernald's ideas. <br />PROPOSED PARKING LOT AGREEMENT WITH FIRST BAPTIST_CHURH <br />Administrator Balczun advised that he had been prepared to <br />discuss the proposed agreement with First Baptist Church as to <br />use of their parking lot rather intensively, but Public Works <br />Director Davis suggested some more technical work be done first. <br />The Administrator, therefore, requested this matter be tabled <br />until another meeting. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously tabled <br />discussion of the proposed agreement until a <br />later meeting. <br />REPLAT OF SHORELANDS WEST SUBDV. <br />The Board reviewed memo of Chief Planner Boling: <br />27 <br />Boca 68 ,E 141 <br />
