APR �3 ,B '193 <br />BOOK 68 <br />Director Pinto advised that he has been unsuccessful in <br />trying to contact Mr. Campbell, who is the owner of this utility, <br />but would be more than happy to sit down and talk with him about <br />their concerns. He stressed that this action by Bent Pines has <br />stopped the Gifford wastewater project dead in its tracks, and we <br />have to consider the health and welfare of the Gifford community, <br />which has been trying to gain a wastewater system ever since <br />1972. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that the attorney for Bent Pines <br />did not show up for a meeting last week, but another meeting with <br />them has been scheduled for this afternoon.
