MAY 51957 <br />BOOK 68 F'pCc 2'! <br />AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF VERO BEACH RE UTILITY SERVICE AREA <br />The Board reviewed memo of County Attorney Vitunac: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: <br />DATE: April 29, 1987 <br />RE: <br />Charles P. Vitunac, <br />County Attorney <br />AGENDA - BCC MEETING 5/5/87 <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY'S MATTERS <br />AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY AND THE CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />RE: UTILITY SERVICE AREA <br />The County and the City of Vero Beach are presently <br />redefining their ultimate territorial boundaries for water <br />and sewer service. Until all the final boundaries are <br />determined, certain adjustments need to be made immediately. <br />The attached agreement is one of these adjustments which <br />will transfer the defined territory to the City's service <br />area. <br />I respectfully request permission from the Board of County <br />Commissioners to have the Chairman execute this agreement on <br />behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />agreement with the City of Vero Beach adjusting <br />utility service area boundaries, as recommended by <br />the County Attorney. <br />(SAID AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES WHEN FULLY <br />EXECUTED & RECEIVED) <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 12:05 o'clock P.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />(64)P <br />Clerk <br />60 <br />
